Applying the GRADE criteria in systematic reviews in public health

We are currently testing the application of GRADE to the evidence for public health and health promotion interventions with the goal of helping our review authors to consider the GRADE criteria when assessing the evidence base in their reviews. If you are keen to be involved or you have experience in GRADE that you would like to apply in public health, please contact Belinda Burford bburford@vichealth.vic.gov.au

Complex interventions workshop

The Australian Satellite of the Cochrane EPOC Group, in collaboration with the Cochrane Public Health Group, the Cochrane Consumers and Communication Group, and the Australasian Cochrane Centre, are holding a workshop on undertaking Cochrane systematic reviews of complex interventions in Melbourne on Wednesday 9th May with an optional day for review authors to work on their review on Thursday 10th May.
